Self Defence

Named Self Defense, it is a sub unit which operates at the premises of Nanakpura or SPUWC located in New Delhi. It provides outstanding training on different techniques of self-defense to the women and school/college going girls with an aim to enable them to fight off the anti-social elements and criminals. This training programme is also organized in different schools and colleges on routine basis and special summer camps are also held at some special centers.
