Activities Of Mediation Centre

The mediation centres operated by the Delhi district court administration, as the name indicates, are the ones that are operated for solving disputed cases. They are currently dealing in cases not only from the High court of Delhi, but also from the Supreme Court.

The authorities of Delhi mediation centres have been preparing single-page and multi-page pamphlets to improve the awareness among the general public about the mediation centres. These pamphlets and placards are distributed to the public at important locations like entrance and exits of the district court premises. Apart from increasing public awareness, it also helps in ease of operations for the lawyers. Currently, the Mediation Centre of Delhi is preparing necessary paperwork to improve the popularity of mediation process.
