Rohini Court Complex
Ever since the Rohini Court Complex started functioning from January 2006, the cases related to the North West District were taken up by Rohini district court. Now even cases of outer districts are being taken up by the court and this includes even family courts. Presently, there are 60 judges at the Rohini Court. Yet, the Rohini Court Bar Association came into existence only in September 2006 and the first election was held on 23rd of the same month. The first election saw a participation of about 4600 members while in the next election held in 2008, the number rose to 5000. The Association has a new constitution which came into effect on August 2012.

There are strict rules regarding the membership to the Association. Those who fail to pay membership fees for a year will be suspended but the suspension can be revoked on payment of penalty. If the dues are not paid for two years, such members will be removed from the membership and this cannot be revoked. Voting rights is not available to new members but to those who have completed one year with the Association. The Association holds General Body Meeting from time to time where major resolutions are passed. The draft constitution of the Association was ratified on 28 July 2010 and was registered on 15 September, 2010. As per the constitution, the present committee will serve for another two years.
