Childrens Homes

Under the Care and Protection of Children, Act 2000, the Juvenile Justice has empowered the State Government to establish home for children, either by themselves or under the authority of an association like any voluntary organization. Such Children’s Homes must be established in each district so that the children can be taken care of, protected from the people who exploit them and be taken care of during any injury. They are given proper rehabilitation, development, training, education, treatment and care.
