Cases Suitable For Mediation

Authorities at mediation centres have found out a list of probable cases that are most likely to be solved through mediation process. They are disputes on worker management, cases related to motor accidents, any other specific performance cases, injunction suits, recovery suits and disputes relating to marital relationships.

Apart from these, some of the other severe criminal cases that are highly likely to be solved through mediation are harassment cases (relating to dowry or cruelty) as per the Negotiable Instrument Act’s Section 406/498-A and Section 138.
