DDA targets to deliver a complete network of well established sport facilities by constructing sports complexes, golf courses, fitness centers, multi facility gymnasiums and play fields. Along with the basic infrastructure, they also provide kits, stipend excellent coaching through prominent sports masters in India to trace and train budding talents in India.

Apart from this, they also organize numerous talent hunt schemes in their sports complexes in Hari Nagar, Saket, Dwarka along with Siri Fort Sports Complex and Yamuna Sports Complex. DDA Saket Sports Complex and DDA Dwarka Sports Complex propose to conduct state level tournament in order to give an opportunity to all budding and professional sports talents to display their efficiency.
