With such a growth in the demand of commercial and residential property in the city it seems there would be no space left for further development of any kind of residential or commercial complex. Because of this reason the real estates have been continuously seeking the option in other cities of National Capital Region and these cities are Noida, Gurgaon and Faridabad. The foreign embassies and their offices are majorly part of Chanakyapuri. This area has wide roads with greenery all around. This area also house many politicians and civil persons.

Nehru place is declared as the commercial zone and also has a very big electronics market.
