There are many exiles that moved to the city of Delhi for their professional careers and generally belong to embassies and have suave jobs or at times belong to multinational companies having their headquarters in the city of Delhi.

Delhi being the capital of the country has the property rates rising unreasonably. The city has been sectioned into four different zones namely North, South, East and West Delhi. Because of this reason the real estates have been continuously seeking the option in other cities of National Capital Region and these cities are Noida, Gurgaon and Faridabad. The foreign embassies and their offices are majorly part of Chanakyapuri. This area has wide roads with greenery all around. This area also house many politicians and civil persons.
