In comparison to any city in the country, Delhi has shown marginal growth in terms of value of residential property. The areas that have the highest monetary values are Golf Links, Prithviraj Road, Sunder Nagar, Westend, Panchsheel, Maharani Bagh, Saket, Jorbagh, Chanakyapuri, Aurangzeb Road, Shanti Nagar, Anandlok, Hauz Khas, Friends Colony and Vasant Vihar. These areas are the plush areas of the city that houses the rich businessman and industrialists, diplomats and higher rank government officials. The areas have nicely constructed bungalows, individual houses and villas lined one after other. Few areas also have some high rise buildings that speak about the richness of these areas.
