Night Charges

Journeys that are undertaken during the night hours will be subject to 25% extra charges that what is normally applied during the day journeys. If passengers start their travel during the day and end the same during night, then rates are calculated based on the distance covered.

Waiting Charges

Waiting charges are not applied for the initial 15 minutes when the car is put on waiting by the customer.  Once these 15 minutes get elapsed, waiting charge of 100INR is applied for every hour. If cars are waiting for 45 minutes, then the waiting charge is applied on a pro-rata base of calculation. All bookings made through phone are charged 30INR towards convenience charges.
