New Delhi Railway Station

Located between the Paharganj and Ajmeri Gate is the major New Delhi Railway Station (with station code NDLS) in Delhi. This is one among the largest and third busiest station in India. It consists of 16 platforms dealing with 500,000 passengers and more than 300 trains. This station carries the record of being the lengthiest route interlocking structure in world, same as that of Kanpur Railway Station. It is approximately 2 km from the northern direction of Connaught Place, central Delhi.

Old Delhi Railway Station

Old Delhi Railway Station also referred as Delhi Junction (station code DLI) is a Junction station and Delhi's oldest railway station. This was constructed in 1864, near Chandini Chowk when the trains coming from stations like Howrah, Calcutta was extended till Delhi. In 1903, British Indian Government constructed its building in the style of Red fort. It is 60 years older than New Delhi Railway Station and one among the significant railway stations of India. Underground Metro station of Chandini Chowk is lying near to this station.

Anand Vihar Railway Terminal

The largest railway station situated at Anand Vihar of Delhi is the Anand Vihar Railway Terminal (station code ANVT). This station is managed by Delhi Division of Northern Railway zone of Indian Railways.

Sarai Rohilla

Delhi Sarai Rohilla Railway Station (station code, DEE) is located approximately 4 km from Delhi's Old Delhi railway junction. It is under the control of Northern Railway zone's Delhi Division. Many trains originating from Delhi towards Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana halt at Sarai Rohilla. About 20 trains including AC trains and Duronto start from this station.
