If you are a voracious reader and an avid fan of books, you must visit the Sunday Market at Daryaganj. Due to the heavy crowds, you will find lots of problems for parking, so ensure you take the public transport, metro train to visit this place. This market is open only on Sundays so you will be hugely disappointed if you come here on weekdays.

If you are a geek and are always on the lookout for some course book or the other, this is the book market that you need to visit. It is famously told that academic books that are not available elsewhere will be found here. Situated on the street that connects the famous Chandni Chowk to Chawri Bazaar, this book market consists of a series of book stalls that sell study, fiction, reference, autobiography and various other types of books. Stationery for school and office use can be bought here at cheap rates, that is, at wholesale rates.

How to reach – You can just walk down to this market from the Metro Station at Chandni Chowk.
